AMP Alfanje triple pack
AMP is acronymous where A stands for Arbequina, M for Picual (also known as marteño, because of the village of Martos in Jaén, Spain) and P for Picudo. This pack contains one 5L bottle of each Single Variety extra virgin olive oil. You can try them all and enjoy them at different times, alternating them or cooking specific dishes with them.
– Arbequina Single Variety extra virgin olive oil offers us a flavour and aroma of freshly cut grass. It seems that it is a milder olive oil at first. Still, a few seconds after tasting it, you can appreciate how the herbaceous nuances suddenly appear to surprise your palate.
Arbequina is perfect on toasts, for sauces (mayonnaise), baking, fish, sweets and desserts. It is the ideal Single Variety for people that prefer milder flavours. Perfect for children who may not yet be used to the more potent olive oils so they can get involved in the extra virgin olive oil world.
– Picual Single Variety extra virgin olive oil has a strong personality. Its main characteristic is a bitter touch due to its high polyphenols content. The Picual cultivar is the most widely cultivated in the south of Spain.
Picual variety has a less fruity flavour and causes a more pricking sensation in the mouth. The fresh EVOO is greenish-yellow coloured.
– Picudo Single Variety extra virgin olive oil offers a medium intensity with a fruity and soft prickly taste and a slightly sweet flavour. This variety is typical of the Castro del Rio area.
Picudo variety is ideal in toasts, warm salads, gazpachos, and pastries.

Buen aceite cordobés aunque la verdad es que esperaba más sabor al menos el picón porque me gusta el aceite fuerte como el de Jaén.
El servicio muy bueno, llegó a tiempo y muy atentos.
Dos cosas: 1. Cuando haces el pago en la web se queda la pantalla igual como esperando al pago lo que confunde, yo le di de nuevo y cogió un pedido nuevo que tuvieron que anular, esto deben revisarlo.
2. El embalaje en el que llegan las garrafas es débil y se aplastan las boquillas, cuidado alguna garrafa llega rota por el transporte, a mejorar.
